Bid Information

Kingdom of Callaway Historical Society is accepting bids on items at Silent Auction Fund Raiser for the period Saturday, June 18, 2011 through Saturday, July 16, 2011.

One bid sheet for each item is available on tables in the front (Court Street entrance) of the Kingdom of Callaway Historical Society Museum. Each sheet contains the item description and a small photo of the item in addition to the item number. To make your bid please complete the following:

1. Write in your name, address, phone # and/or e-mail and your bid (on the appropriate bid sheet), only if * your bid raises the last bid.
2. * or if you are passing through Fulton and will not have another opportunity to check on your bid, write down your maximum bid. Please note if it is a maximum bid. At the time of closing of bids, a maximum bid will be calculated at one dollar over the highest bid price, offered at that time. The maximum bid will apply only when there is a bidder who has bid one dollar less than an existing maximum bid.
3. Telephone bids and e-mail bids will be accepted from qualified bidders up to the close of business (4:00 p.m.) on Friday, July 15, 2011.
4. Written (moving) bidding will close at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, July 16, 2011.
5. All bid winners will be announced at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, July 16, 2011.
