Much of the information found in these resources will not be found online and are available only in the Research Library of Kingdom of Callaway Historical Society. The information that is not available online is copyrighted information and is subject to the "Doctrine of Fair Use" which provides a limitation and exception to the exclusive right granted by copyright law to the author of a creative work, is a doctrine in United States copyright law that allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the rights holders.
